Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality checks, and packaging.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During promotional campaigns, seasonal demand, or unexpected supply disruptions, processing may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery generally takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees and Tracking

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before customers complete their purchases.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive confirmation and tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or additional shipping costs.
